About Me
Tori Faught is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with a passion for helping women break free from the chaos of diet culture and finally feel at peace with food, their bodies, and their health. With a background in clinical nutrition and a deep understanding of the real-life demands women face—especially in seasons like postpartum, perimenopause, or simply trying to juggle it all—Tori takes a realistic, supportive, and habit-based approach to lasting change.
Her philosophy is simple: health shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job. Tori helps her clients ditch the all-or-nothing mindset, rebuild trust with their bodies, and create sustainable routines that support energy, strength, and confidence—without cutting carbs or restrictive dieting. Through personalized coaching and education, she empowers women to eat well, move with purpose, and take care of themselves without guilt, stress, or restriction.
Tori earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Exercise Science from the University of Alabama and her Master’s of Science in Nutrition Sciences from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Outside of work, Tori is a mom of two and loves lifting heavy things, baking with her kids, enjoying the occasional cookie without guilt, and going on family walks. She’s passionate about making health feel less overwhelming—and maybe even a little fun.
