About Me

Victoria first became passionate about nutrition at a young age after struggling with both childhood obesity, and subsequently, an eating disorder, known as anorexia nervosa. Though she sought help from various health professionals, it was her dietitian who made the biggest impact on her life. Her interest in helping patients with diabetes stems from a long family history of obesity and type 2 diabetes. With 6 years of experience in the field of dietetics, she specializes in prediabetes, diabetes, heart health, weight management, and general adult nutrition.

Victoria completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences, and her accredited dietetic internship from The University of Texas at Austin. She is currently working towards achieving her CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) credential. She is licensed to practice dietetics in Texas and maintains active membership in professional organizations such as the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

In her practice, Victoria emphasizes evidence-based approaches to nutrition therapy, tailoring recommendations to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. She believes in empowering individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes by providing practical guidance, support, and encouragement.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Victoria enjoys running, strength training, and yoga, embodying her commitment to living a balanced and fulfilling life.

Victoria accepts various insurance carriers and can counsel in both English and Spanish. Se habla español.
