About Me

Victoria's interest in nutrition started when she took her first basic nutrition class and learned about the healing power of the foods. This further passioned her desire to help people learn how food and nutrition can prevent disease and improve overall health. Victoria's training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, as well as disease prevention/wellness. Victoria has additional passion for the areas of functional nutrition and sports nutrition. Functional nutrition focuses to the root cause of illness rather than just treating symptoms. Victoria also enjoys working with athletes (or weekend warriors), her focus is to teach how to fuel one’s body for optimal performance.

Victoria believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a HAES informed approach. She wants to help every client erase the guilt and shame around food and turn it into peace and enjoyment.

Victoria graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University and completed her Master’s Degree from Logan University. Victoria enjoys traveling, hiking, being in nature, rock climbing, trying new food spots around the city, and loving on her three adorable cats Mamas, Chickpea, and Peanut.
