About

Tiffany’s interest in nutrition began through her clinical experience working closely with patients and families, where she saw how the right nutrition support can significantly impact recovery and overall well-being. With a background in clinical nutrition management, she has experience supporting patients in ICU, subacute, and pediatric settings, and is comfortable working with a wide range of conditions including digestive issues, chronic disease management, and weight-related concerns.

Tiffany has a particular interest in digestive health and sustainable lifestyle changes. She enjoys helping patients better understand their bodies, improve symptoms, and build habits that feel realistic and manageable in everyday life.

She believes that nutrition care should be personalized, practical, and supportive. Tiffany focuses on meeting patients where they are, and works collaboratively to create plans that are not only effective, but also sustainable long-term. She values clear communication and aims to make nutrition feel less overwhelming and more approachable.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her professional training to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, and is experienced in providing culturally sensitive nutrition care to a diverse patient population. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys staying active, playing tennis, running, hiking, working out, swimming, and exploring ways to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
