About
Zarah’s interest in nutrition grew from a deep appreciation for how food can support health while still honoring culture, enjoyment, and individuality. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a variety of concerns, including metabolic health, digestive issues, cardiovascular health, and long-term disease prevention, as well as those simply looking to feel better in their day-to-day lives.
Zarah is a strong believer in a positive nutrition approach—focusing on what can be added to the diet rather than taken away. She helps clients build sustainable habits by making gradual, realistic changes that feel supportive instead of restrictive. Her philosophy centers on nourishment, consistency, and progress over perfection, with the goal of creating long-lasting habits that improve health while still allowing food to be enjoyable.
Zarah holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN). She enjoys translating nutrition science into practical, empowering guidance that fits seamlessly into real life.
