About Me

As a dedicated Clinical Registered Dietitian with over 9 years of experience, I am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition counseling and evidence-based practices. My journey in the field of nutrition has been driven by a commitment to helping others understand the profound impact that food can have on their overall well-being.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice. This diverse experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the nutritional needs of different populations, from managing chronic diseases to optimizing athletic performance and supporting healthy weight management.

I completed my dietetic internship at Prairie View A&M University, where I honed my skills in medical nutrition therapy, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. As a lifelong learner, I continually seek opportunities for professional development and stay current with the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics.

My approach to nutrition counseling is holistic and client-centered. I believe in creating tailored nutrition plans that consider not only an individual's dietary needs but also their lifestyle, preferences, and goals. By fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment, I empower my clients to make sustainable changes that enhance their health and quality of life.

In addition to one-on-one counseling, I am passionate about community education and have led workshops and seminars on various nutrition topics, aiming to spread knowledge and inspire healthier living.
