About Me

I became interested in nutrition while completing my Biology degree because I was studying the body's systems at such a deep level. It became clear that nutrition has the most essential, profound impact on our health and body's ability to function. From weight loss, to gastrointestinal troubles, to mental health, nutrition affects all of it.

I'm passionate about working with patients to address all aspects of their life to understand the root cause of issues so we can develop a care plan to overcome their concerns. During an appointment, we will complete a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle evaluation, which could also discuss meal timing, sleep, mental health, fitness, and daily routines. However, I also believe in realistic goal setting, so we will work together to establish a plan that harmonizes with you and your life's duties.

I am dual-trained with a Master's degree in nutrition AND a Bachelor's degree in biology to provide holistic, realistic, and scientifically supported care. I am also currently training through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy to better support my patients and their needs.

On a personal note, I love to stay busy with activities that include nature and health. This include going to the beach, biking, hiking, and visiting our national and state parks. I will work with you to make health and fitness fun- we can incorporate activities in your weekly routine that don't feel like a chore!
