About
Christine’s interest in nutrition started after walking through her own gut health and energy struggles, which sparked a deep desire to understand how the body works and how much nutrition can impact daily life. Her personal journey taught her the value of balanced meals, stress support, and sustainable habits, and it inspired her to help other women feel better in their day-to-day lives. Her training allows her to support women with digestive issues, weight concerns, emotional eating patterns, and overall preventative wellness. Christine has an additional passion for gut health and energy balance, because she has seen firsthand how transformational it can be when bloating decreases, digestion improves, and energy levels finally stabilize. She also supports women who want to prevent future gut issues by learning how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Christine believes that all people deserve personalized, compassionate nutrition care and practices with a supportive, realistic, and root-cause-focused approach. She enjoys helping each client understand what their symptoms are telling them, build confidence around food choices, and find habits that fit into real life — not restrictive plans that are impossible to keep up with.
Christine graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her dietetic training before earning certifications in functional nutrition testing, including GI-MAP and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. She has worked with a wide range of women looking to improve their gut health, reduce stress-related symptoms, increase energy, and create sustainable habits that last.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys trying new recipes, cooking fun meals, riding her horse, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She also loves exploring local restaurants and cozy tea shops whenever she gets the chance.
