Her mission is to make navigating health straightforward and manageable.
Navigating digestive health can be overwhelming with the abundance of information and conflicting advice available. Whether someone is dealing with chronic symptoms or simply looking to improve their gut health, it’s easy to feel lost. Erika helps simplify the approach to nutrition and gut health, aiming to help individuals feel good in their bodies, make informed food choices, and achieve a balanced nutritional mindset.
Erika earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Providence College and later obtained her Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Pace University. Her clinical training at Westchester Medical Center sparked a strong interest in gastroenterology. Since then, Erika has worked extensively within a gastroenterology practice, providing specialized nutrition services for a range of digestive disorders. Living with celiac disease personally gives her a unique perspective and allows her to offer empathetic care, fully understanding the challenges of managing a chronic condition. Her professional expertise, coupled with her personal experience, underscores her dedication to supporting clients in their digestive health journeys with both compassion and precision.
