About

Hi, I’m Jacqueline K Enlund, and I’ve always been passionate about nutrition and exercise. My journey into dietetics took a personal turn when my grandmother experienced a heart attack during my college years. Seeing how changing her diet positively impacted her health inspired me to learn the science behind food and its power to enhance our well-being. I love guiding others to find their unique path to healthy eating and a better quality of life.

I primarily work with clients dealing with prediabetes, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and heart disease, as well as those looking to manage their weight effectively. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the transformation that can occur when clients see tangible improvements in their A1c levels, kidney function, cholesterol, and overall health.

My approach to care is rooted in evidence-based practice and is always solution-oriented. In our early sessions, we’ll focus on your individual goals and start crafting practical steps toward lasting dietary changes. Together, we’ll explore realistic ways to incorporate healthier choices into your daily routine, making the journey enjoyable and sustainable.

With a Master of Public Health Nutrition and credentials as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice. I am committed to helping you navigate the complexities of nutrition in a way that feels approachable and empowering. When I’m not in the office, you can find me enjoying walks with my dog, weightlifting, tackling DIY projects at home, or spending quality time with my college kids, family, and friends.
