About
Before becoming a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics degrees at the State University of New York at Oneonta. While completing my Master's, I completed a comprehensive dietetic internship that gave me hands-on experience in clinical nutrition, community outreach, and foodservice management.
I chose to become a dietitian through both personal and professional experiences. I was drawn to dietetics after seeing firsthand how nutrition-related chronic conditions can impact daily life, and how powerful supportive, informed nutrition care can be over time. I know all too well how confusing and overwhelming nutrition advice can be, especially when we are trying our best but still not feeling well or seeing the changes we hoped for. These lived experiences and desire to help others navigate the noise led me to pursue a career where I could combine evidence-based nutrition with compassionate, individualized care.
As your Dietitian Coach, I’ll provide encouragement, evidence-based education, and practical tools tailored to your goals. My approach is collaborative and client centered. I see my role as a guide and “thought partner” while you bring the lived experience as the expert of you. Together we create realistic strategies that fit your life. My areas of focus include gut health, weight management, metabolic health, sport nutrition, and digestive wellness. Whether we’re working on improving energy, supporting metabolic health, managing digestive concerns, or building a healthier relationship with food, our work together will be grounded in achievable steps forward without guilt or extremes.
Outside of work, I love learning (especially when it comes to nutrition, science, and health research), spending time with my family and three cats, weightlifting, baking, crafting, trying new foods/restaurants, and tracking severe weather as a trained storm spotter! I value balance in my own life, and that’s the same mindset I bring into my work with clients.
