About Me

Kelsey’s interest in nutrition started in 2013 when she combined her love of gardening, delicious food and health. Kelsey’s training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of chronic conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Hypertension, Cardiovascular disease, Weight loss, and disease prevention/wellness.

Kelsey is an IBS Specialized Dietitian and is Low FODMAP trained by Monash University. Kelsey has received extensive training in GLP-1s and can support clients while taking these medications.

Kelsey’s passion is helping clients love the food they eat that feels sustainable to their lives.

Kelsey graduated with a Nutrition and Dietetics Degree from Metropolitan State of Denver and received an Integrated Physiology Degree from University of Colorado. Kelsey lives in Colorado with her husband and two young daughters. She fills her time off with gardening, baking Sourdough bread, yoga and running races.
