About
Hi, I’m Malda, and I help people build a healthier relationship with food while managing conditions like diabetes, kidney disease, heart health, and metabolic concerns. I know that making changes to your diet can sometimes feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. My approach is warm, supportive, and realistic—I’ll meet you where you are and guide you step by step toward habits that feel doable and sustainable.
Whether your goal is balancing blood sugars, adjusting to kidney-friendly eating, preventing future health issues, or simply feeling more confident with food choices, I’ll help you find a path that works for your life. Nutrition isn’t about restriction—it’s about empowerment, freedom, and feeling good in your body.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Florida International University (FIU), and I love taking the science of nutrition and turning it into simple, practical strategies that fit into real life. I also speak Arabic, which allows me to support clients in a way that feels culturally and personally meaningful.
Outside of my work, I enjoy cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family. These joys remind me that food is more than just fuel—it’s connection, culture, and comfort.
My goal is to walk beside you on your health journey with compassion and encouragement—so you can not only improve your health but also enjoy food and life more fully.
