Hi! I’m Michelle Cerrone, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition. My journey into nutrition began when I worked as a dietary aide alongside other dietitians. I saw first and how essential balanced food choices are for daily living, and I wanted to help others navigate their own paths to healthier lifestyles.
I work primarily with adults who are focused on meeting their nutritional goals and making sustainable lifestyle changes. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by diet culture and unsure of where to begin. Together, we break down those barriers, focusing on what works best for you and your unique journey.
My specialties include weight management, mindful eating strategies, and medical nutrition therapy. I take a holistic approach to care, ensuring that our sessions are collaborative and supportive. In our early meetings, we’ll explore your relationship with food and identify specific challenges you face. As we progress, I’ll help you build confidence in your meal choices and develop practical strategies that fit your life.
Clients can expect personalized service and reliability throughout our time together. I believe that every small change is a step toward long-term success, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, and our rescue rabbit, and cheering for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a season ticket holder. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to better health!
