About

Nicole’s interest in nutrition began through her own personal health journey and a deep curiosity about how the body heals when given the right support. That interest became profoundly personal when she received a diagnosis of breast cancer, which ultimately transformed her approach as a practitioner. During that time, she chose to pause, run comprehensive functional labs, and investigate her root causes—focusing on healing through personalized, integrative nutrition and lifestyle approaches outside of conventional treatment. This experience gave her a deeper level of empathy and insight, allowing her to truly understand what it feels like to navigate complex health decisions. She completed her Master’s Degree in Nutrition and integrates her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy to support clients with a wide range of conditions including mental health challenges, addiction recovery, blood sugar dysregulation, diabetes, chronic inflammation, gut health imbalances, and overall wellness and disease prevention.

Nicole believes that all people deserve compassionate, individualized nutritional care and practices with a non-judgmental, client-centered approach. She deeply respects that each person’s healing path is unique and honors all choices—whether conventional, alternative, or integrative—while providing grounded nutritional support every step of the way. She is especially passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and find sustainable, realistic approaches to nourishment. She feels most fulfilled when guiding clients toward a sense of empowerment, stability, and freedom in their relationship with food and health.

Outside of her professional work, Nicole enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with friends, family, and her cat, Peppercorn.
