About Me
Wendy’s interest in nutrition began in high school through her love for agriculture, food, and nutrition. Growing up in the Caribbean, her appreciation for wholesome, nourishing foods was deeply rooted in her culture. That early passion grew into a meaningful career. Now, as a mom and Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of experience, Wendy uses her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy to support clients with a range of conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hormonal imbalances, transplant nutrition, women’s health, and digestive disorders—while also focusing on disease prevention and lifelong wellness.
Wendy has a special passion for diabetes, cardiac health, women’s health, and sustainable weight management. She loves helping clients discover practical, lasting ways to feel better in their bodies, reduce inflammation, and move away from rigid diet rules—guiding them toward balance, confidence, and vitality. These areas are especially close to her heart, having experienced her own wellness journey and seeing the transformative power of food and lifestyle.
Wendy believes everyone deserves compassionate, individualized nutritional care. Her approach is whole-person and inclusive, honoring the emotional, physical, and cultural aspects of eating. She finds joy in helping each client uncover a nourishing path that fits their life—without guilt or restriction.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Florida and a Master’s Degree in Health Sciences Administration from the University of Central Florida. Wendy is also the founder of Your Beauty Your Skin, a natural skincare line inspired by her daughter’s experience with eczema and her own passion for holistic wellness and science-backed solutions.
